It’s St. Patrick’s Day next week and time to think about what to make. I’ve been making Corned Beef and Cabbage for so long now, there isn’t much to think about. And I always make Irish Soda Bread and finish the meal with some Chocolate Mint Cake. If I’m lucky and have some leftover corned beef, then we have Reubens the next day. I’ve served this meal many times ~ my family and friends expect it. I thought I’d share this St. Patrick’s Day Feast with you all. The links to the recipes are below, above each photo.
