Super easy baked chicken in a honey, curry and soy sauce marinade. Just mix, marinate and bake for an easy chicken dinner, serve with rice to soak up all the delicious sauce.
6boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves or 6 bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
¼cuphoney
¼cupDijon mustard
1tablespooncurry powder
2tablespoonssoy sauce
¼cupwhite wine
2clovesgarlic, crushed
Pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place chicken in a baking dish large enough to hold all pieces in a single layer. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
Notes
I recommend serving this over white rice to soak up all the goodness.
